Theodore A. Penny is a civil litigator focusing on Workers Compensation; Subrogation; and Employment Law. Mr. Penny served as Technical Advisor for the California Manufacturers Association; Workers' Compensation Committee, legislative advisory counsel for California Chamber of Commerce, 1994. General Counsel, Californians for Workers' Compensation Reform, 2000 - 2002 and General Counsel, Independent Business Coalition, 2004. Member: Los Angeles County (Member, Executive Board, Workers' Compensation Section) and American Bar Associations. In 2006, Mr. Penny was selected as a Super Lawyer, representing the top 5% of practicing lawyers in Southern California.
