On February 28, 2005 we filed a class action complaint against UBS Financial Services, Inc., among others alleging that investors were duped into investing into a Ponzi scheme hedge fund. We do not know the amount in controversy or the number of investors. Discovery has not yet commenced. We will ask to be appointed as lead counsel for the class.
