An associate with Pearson, Simon, Soter, Warshaw & Penny, LLP in Sherman Oaks. Mr. Erwin's practice is committed to workers' compensation defense, and third party subrogation. He began his career in corporate law, which included a position as Counsel to the Industrial Gases Division of Liquid Air Corporation. His responsibilities included legal matters relating to labor relations, workers' compensation, litigation and corporate acquisitions.
 
David, has also held the position of Chief Legal Officer to Pima Financial Corporation, Integra Technologies Corporation and First Magnus Financial Corporation. In the past five years, he has been in private practice employing his executive corporate experience in the area of workers' compensation defense.  His clients include large well known corporations who demand experience and an exceptionally high level of professional commitment.

Pearson, Simon, Soter, Warshaw & Penny, are and specifically Theodore Penny is one of the foremost experts in the practice of workers' compensation. David's practice is dedicated to workers' compensation defense. The clients with whom he works include self-insured employers, with and without third-party administrators, and employers who maintain high retention levels requiring strict oversight of their claims. 
 
He is a member of the California State Bar and Connecticut State Bar. David earned his B.S. in Business and Economics from New Haven College and his J.D. from New England School of Law.
