Gary S. Soter is a civil litigator and trial lawyer focusing on Complex Litigation, Class Actions, Professional Liability, Insurance, Employment law, Securities Law, Professional Liability, Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Protection. Mr. Soter is a member of the State Bar of California; U.S. District Court, Central District of California; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California; U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. District Court, Southern District of California; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., 1971) and Southwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1975).

He served as an Adjunct Professor, Southwestern University School of Law and as a Volunteer to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Department of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. From 2004 to the present, Mr. Soter was selected as a Super Lawyer, representing the top 5% of practicing lawyers in Southern California. Mr. Soter is an active member in the American Bar Association; Los Angeles County Bar.
